â— Improve the body contour of a woman who, for personal reasons, thinks that the skin of her thighs is off the hook.
â— Correct a reduction in the volume of the legs and thighs after a significant reduction of weight.

Surgery
The method of pulling the skin of the leg depends on its anatomy, its problems and our recommendations. The incision may be made well only on the inner side of the thigh near the groin or may need to be carried to the gluteal fold. Sometimes in lifting of thighs and gluteus it may be necessary to make it circular. Do not forget, however, that the incisions will be proportional to the amount of excess skin, and that to eliminate this there is no other way possible than to perform scars. The choice is made with the aim that the incision is placed so that the scars are as visible as possible.
The incisions are made to make sure that the scars are as visible as possible, in the groin fold or in the gluteal fold
Through incision we perform a liposuction to facilitate the traction of the skin and we eliminate the surplus skin. Then the incisions are carefully sutured. Drainage tubes are left for a few days after surgery.
Surgery usually takes two to three hours. The wound is closed with a buried suture and the legs are then sold for two or three days to allow its healing to be correct.
After surgery, the legs thighs and glutes look better and the scars will fade over time.
After surgery
You will feel tired and upset a few days after the procedure, you should be in bed for one or two days, without tensioning the sutures. You can live a normal life without excessive stress after a week. Most of your discomfort will be treated with medication.
In two or three days we will remove bandages and drainages and indicate the type of hosiery to be used. The strange sensations on the skin and the most important swelling will decrease in about three weeks.
The sutures will be removed in about two weeks. But the leg will take a few more weeks to regain its completely normal appearance.
Getting back to normal
You should be able to return to your work in about fifteen days depending on the level of activity required by it.
Follow our advice on when to start exercising and normal activity. Your legs will probably be more sensitive to direct stimulation in two or three weeks, so you should avoid physical contact. Then progressively return to normal.
